New marketing campaigns began with brainstorming with the Creative Director, Copy Writers and Account Executives. The messaging was variable and driven by the data collected on player tiers, player activities, and the value of players.

Acquisition, retention, and reactivation were a few of many types of goal-specific campaigns that played a role in making sure the right people got the right communications at the right time.
